Dahlia splitting time. From twenty roots I think I’ll have up to 100 for next season.
Frost tinged Audrey gomphrena.
And now the kale shall taste even better.
The kid likes kale.
Watermelon radish season is upon us.
That feeling when you pull 35 bunches off just the Dino kale and it has plenty for next week.
That feeling when the top soil guy can’t get through your gate and you have to shovel 8 yards twice.
She’s learning to stay in the alleys. So proud.
Kale Lacinato. This is the first time I’ve grown this successfully. And it’s going gangbusters.
Giant cactus zinnia. My favorite zinnia this season, hands down.
Eating a hot tomato off the vine and drinking from the sprinkler. This child is more country than me.
Still cuttin. Fall is nowhere to be seen.
This is one of my best baby kale crops to date.
Baby kale when they’re infants. I have a very nice seeder, but I still use my sprinkle method for baby greens. It grows faster and competes with weeds better. It’s a bit harder to cut with the harvester because it is dense. But that&rsquo
Kale is coming.
Future NOT sauce domination. It’s hot sauce, but it’s NOT hot 🥵
